Up to $45.00	$11.59	All orders shipped outside the adjoining United States will be shipped via an economical carrier and billed at cost. All orders will be insured in transit. Orders shipped outside North America can only be shipped to countries where insurance is available.

Whenever possible we will ship your order in a recycled package using recycled packing materials.

ORDERING INFORMATION

Call, fax or e-mail us the copy and art you would like printed on your nickels. We will fax or e-mail a paper proof to you for your approval. Alterations will be made if requested and another proof will be sent. When you have approved the art and the copy, we will print your nickels. You can expect to receive your custom printed nickels within 15 to 20 working days from the date we receive your approval.

Choose art from the stock designs shown or request a design suggestion. If you would like your own logo printed on your nickels we will try to accommodate your request. You may e-mail your art to us or send clean, black and white camera ready art to Professional Promotions, P.O. Box 18, Quincy, PA 17247. We can print one color art only. We cannot print screens or gradiations.

PREFERRED ART FORMAT OPTIONS:

1st) Adobe Illustrator in native format - fonts converted to outline

2nd) Photoshop file saved in native format

3rd) Tiff file saved at 300 dpi.

4th) EPS vector file - fonts converted to outline

5th) EPS Raster file - at 300 dpi.

If you cannot send art in any of the formats listed above, please send it anyway. We may be able to reproduce the art. If there are any additional charges to convert your art, we will contact you before proceeding.

We can accept files created in Mac or PC.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept MasterCard/VISA and money orders. Your order will be shipped C.O.D., upon request. There is an additional Fed Ex Ground/UPS charge of $11.00 for C.O.D. orders.

SALES TAX
Pennsylvania customers please add 6% sales tax.

SUBSTITUTION, OVERAGE AND SHORTAGE
We do not make substitutions without your approval. If your order is being custom printed, every effort is made to produce the exact number of pieces you have requested. However, to assure quality we cannot promise an exact count. There may be an overage or shortage of 10%. Your invoice will be adjusted. Occasionally our inspectors will find a printing flaw when packing your order. If this occurs, a shortage will be noted on your packing slip. Your invoice will be adjusted. You will not lose your quantity discount.
